A dumb question but..

I have 16" honda bolt pattern/offset rims on my 77 datsun 280z via adapters and wondering if any honda came with 16" rims from the factory? Mainly because I need a 16" space saver spare to clear the brakes I have installed on this car, the factory datsun 14" one won't clear and I don't like the idea of no spare as this is a daily driver TIA for any info...

 

16" wheels started showing up on Accords in 1998. My sourse doesn't indicate if the spacesaver spare was also 16" since the predominate available wheels were still 15". I suspect the 16's were dealer installed options (but I may be wrong).

I'm pretty sure the spare were 15's on all accords. And if by chance the new models come with 16's they'd be 5 lug. Your best bet is to find a random aftermarket wheel on ebay for 50 bucks.
