Default performance chip

I was skeptical about this chip that guarantees to add a good amount of power, but after reading a lot of positive feedback on ebay my opinion has swayed a little bit. Has anybody on H-T actually used this chip, and does it give any noticeable performance gains?

Been there, Done that. Don't do it. This "chip" is nothing more than two wires connected to a resistor, sealed in a nice little plastic box. It is like all the other tricks, where you place the resistor inline with the Intake Air Temperature Sensor, to "trick" the computer into thinking it is recieving extremely cold air. I've heard other stories about these resistors, most of which are a hit or miss, depending on your application. For me, my car obviously responds very badly to these... "resistor games" for lack of a better term. I've finally settled for the Jones Electronics Technologies ECU Reprogramming, and I am typing a post with the results as I type this. Take a look in the accord forum. Peace.
