1996 Acura 4door..front bumper body kit conversion question......
Okay,
I've recently been looking around on ebay for fenders, front bumpers,headlights...etc..
Now my question is, If I wanted to buy a 1998 Aftermarket front bumper for my 1996 integra...would i need to buy new fenders, hood and new headlights...or are the 1996 fenders, and hood compatible to work with the 98 bumper...i just notice a little differnce on the headlights but not sure if i would need to buy 98 headlights instead of my old ones....
HERE'S WHAT I PLAN TO BUY....
AFTERMARKET FIBERGLASS FRONT BUMPER
HALO CHROME HEADLIGHTS
FIBERGLASS FENDERS
CLEAR TURN SIGNALS FOR BUMPER
CARBONFIBER HOOD...(FRIEND ACTUALLY JUST GAVE ME ONE FOR FREE)
Anyone who can provide some info on the compatability of these parts would greatly be appreciated!!!! Thanks!

for the conversion from 96 to 98 you need :
Headlights
Front bumper
headlights
bumper lights and brackets.
hood and fenders you can reuse.

always remember that AFTERMARKET parts do not fit like OEM some or many modifications must be made for it to fit.

Nope, not hard at all. Done this on both a DC and DB chassis. Just swap out the headlights and the bumper and you've upgraded your front. Look at the fender liner and re-position the tinnerman clip so that you can screw it back to the bumper. Other than that, piece of cake.

This is correct. I would stick with OEM so you can get the best fitment.

i would always try searching for any body parts that you may need on sites like this or other integra websites. it's also a plus if you have a site that is based in locally. that way you are able to check out the parts and really know the condition. there are also oem bumpers in new conditions on ebay for reasonable prices. also, you really only need to do the conversion is the all 98+ of course is the front bumper, front headlights, corner lights and the brackets and if you want the all red taillights. good luck on the switch.
