Default cams in ls vtec

I have a ls vtec, oversized jdm itr pistons and gsr head, the compression is 11.6:1. I was wondering which cams would be good for my setup. I was thinking buddy club stage 3+ or 4 or maybe m22. What do you suggest?

bc3+ if you want good midrange, skunk pro1 if you want good midrange and top end. Make sure you upgrage your springs and reatiners also. Hopefully you have arp rod bolts.

i wanted to go with bc5's with bc springs and retainers but i heard that if the lobs are too big there might not be enough clearence and the pistons might hit the valves?
do you know if the bc5 will fit with enough clearence
