96 Integra Ls...Wont rev past 3500rpm.Distb was hard wired in..Went to my old boss electronic expert..The ditrb was hard wired in.We checked all the wires from the ecu to the distb.All were right..No mositure or anything in the distb.What coulds cause it some times it runs fine.Then other times it wont rev past 3500rpm?...Anyone have this problem..Im me B18b1Teg90

 

maybe a failing coil, i have seen distributors that never thew a code, but crap out
