Honda-tech classifieds/marketplace, junkyards/salvage yards, dealer. Those are your only choices.

You could try Ebay, and similar auction sites, but I was never a fan of them myself.

yea, this been done many times, once i redo my car (paint/dent removal/body work) i will get ek sides also, but i already done a few, its not hard at all just cutting and, some like to tap tehre own holes to make it alot like factory

Yes, they will fit although you have to cut about 2 inches off from one side. Try getting them at a junkyard.
