Pros/Cons: Eibach Spo vs Pro
Was rather interested in the Eibach springs and just came back with an unsuccessful search. If anyone has had experience with both springs, please post something. I autocross about once a month/2months and am right now ridin' stock.
Any help/recommendations would be nice.

Not trying to be a jerk but I searched the word "eibach" under the archived topics and came up with more than 4 pages about the springs. I'm sure this topic has been talked about alot in the past.

I have the Eibach Prokit and I am VERY happy with them. Much better than stock and slighlty better than ITR springs, but I do not think they are meant for racing.
I have the sportlines. I like them alot. They lower the car about .4 inches more than the sportlines. My only problem with them is the rear springs. I think they are too soft. At one of my favorite free exits, there is a bump. If I go to fast, I can hear the back bottom out and the tire scrub the inside of the wheel well.
Pro kits are the way to go IMO the sportlines do lower ur car more and when I had those it needed a camber kit on the back. Yes the rear is too soft as stated above. If you X-cross look into some ground controls or skunk coilovers.
ps do get shocks when you swap them out also.

After doing some searching myself, I decided to go with Eibach Prokits. Reason being that they lower 1.3~1.5" max which is what I wanted. So the Sportlines were not included in my choices. And if you lower more than 1.5" a camber kit was recommended and I didn't feel like spending extra money. Groupbuy or coximports.com has them for $190 which was cheapest I found ever.
Some people with a drop of 1.5"~1.8" said they were scraping everywhere. It really depends on where they live, but I live near Los Angeles so I knew I'd run into those problems.
Alternatives for the Prokit were the H&R Sport springs with drops 1.75" front and 1.5" back. Reason being that the Integra has a larger wheel gap in the front so lowering front and back equally would have made the rear appear lower than the front. So the manufacturer kept that in mind when they were making those. And they were cheaper. The cheapest I found were $149 from options auto salon.

The Prokit are actually stiffer than the Sportline. I checked it out before buying my Prokits. I could not believe it. I guess the Sportline only drop the car more.
i have the sportlines because i wanted a lower drop than the Pro-kits offered.. they handle pretty well along w/ my Koni adjustable sport shocks (yellows) but like the others said.. the rears are kinda soft.. i think the pro-kit actually has stiffer spring rates, but offers less of a drop.. overall im happy w/ my sportlines tho.. they havent sagged and still have very nice handling/road feel after a few years...
I've researched this before...*this is for the G3 Integra*
460F / 174-275R (progressive) - Sportline
331F / 125-194R (progressive) - Pro-Kit

I have H&R Sports, I like them pretty well so far, however the back end of my car STILL sits higher than the front, just like it did stock.
I'm going to try setting my rear Konis to the lower spring perch and see how I like it.[Modified by PatrickGSR94, 4:35 PM 2/20/2002]
haha get a system w/ a large sub box.. i couldnt figure out why my rear sat a bit lower and my car looked a little tilted towards the back.. when me and a buddy redid my set up and had everything out the rear evened out Lolz..

Just curious...For these the rates are much higher in the front, but racing springs are usually stiffer in the back...why is it so different? Just for ride quality on the street?
Eibach prokit will make your car 'look' like it is lower in the rear. Actually the drop is even and the front fender gap gives the illusion. I got the koni yellows...fixed that problem real quick.
I just got an email back from Eibach today and they said the spring rates are the same for the sportline(4.2040) and prokit(4020.140).
The rates they gave me are the ones listed in this tread as the ones for the prokit: 331.2F/125.6-194.2R.
