Default Oil in coolent, smoke, looses/burns oil... gsr... :(

Okay so this aint good, im guesing headgasket because of the oil in the coolent but here goes...

Compression test: 215-195-195-215

Everyonce in a while ill get a puff of smoke from my exhaust mainly after a highway run. I was at the track last night and when I was in the staging lines I started up to pull foward and gave a rev and there was alot of smoke (looked kinda white but had a faint smell of oil) but there was a bit of smoke. When im normally driving there is no smoke at all and it runs good. if im floored it does have a lilbit of bluish smoke but not enough to see in the rearview. There are a few drops of oil in the top of my coolent. I have to add a quart of oil every few weeks.

Today I noticed my vacuum was low 17-18hg.... swapped the chipped p28 for a stock p30 and it held steady at 20hg?

What does my motor need? I dont want to pull the head off to do a headgasket and then find out I need to put some rings in it after. valve seals maybe? there is just under 100k on motor
