98 Civic Ex Coupe

Im wondering how in gods name am i supposed to get that rear molding off so i can get to the speakers. Any help is appreciated

so far ive dissconnected the brake light and speakers and i have no idea what to do from here

 

Yea what a pain, you have to remove all the molding from the doors back, start by pulling the rear seat out, bottom and back, then the left and right sides, yes the whole thing, now you can "pop" the rear deck trim off without damaging it. 94
