asr tie bar??

I'm planning on gettin the ASR sub frame brace this spring, sadly to say ASR is the company only company to make a subframe brace. hers my question..

does the subframe brace double as a lower tie bar?

my future setup is

JDM itr rear sway bar
ASR subframe brace
lower tie bar

comptech makes a subframe brace also.

and lower tie bars are a function of BLING
