fuel guage don't work at all
if anyone know how i would fix this and here is the stuff that i have done to fix it i have changed the insterment pannel and the sending unit and i have searched in the search so if anyone can help me on this please let me know i have a 93 honda accord 4dr 5 speed with an v-tech swap in it from an 95 or 96 honda accord

Before you bought any parts, did you use a multi-meter & check the signal from the sender? Then check the same signal at the dashboard end of the wire? It might have been a broken wire all along...
first off make sure fuse # 1 underdash fuse box is ok,,,,,,,,,if it is go to sending unit make sure the black wire is a good ground ,,,,, if it is ground the yellow/white wire and watch the gauge if gauge stadily goes up you got a bad sending unit if gauge does not wotk it could be wiring from sending unit to gauge or gauge itself i cannot remeber if car has to be running but try it both ways

it showed good on the meter and then i hooked the yellow and white wire to a ground and the guadge went all the way up to the top so i need to change the sending unit in the tank?
I better be careful what I say about a year I don't own. But here goes...
I think the sending unit in the tank has one circuit for the gauge, and another circuit for the warning lamp. So it's possible for the on/off switch for the lamp to be OK, while the variable resistor for the gauge is broke.
I guess what that means is YES, you need a new sending unit.
