Default stuid questions but i was wondering about cylinder order...........

just makin sure.....it the cylinder order start with number one closest to the cam gears?

thanks i am going to do a valve adjustiment and couldn't find cylinder order in the service manual.

Thats not the firing order thats for sure
Im pretty sure its 1,3,4,2
The front of the engine is the cam gear side

he doesn't want the firing order, he wants to know which side is 1 and which side is 4.

1 is closest to the timing belt. It increases 2, 3, and 4 with 4 being the farthest (distributor side).
