Default Coilover adjusting, how should I do this?

Ok I'm gonna be adjusting my car to my desired height and then get an alignment soon so I don't eat up my new ES100's.

My suspension setup is Ground Control coilovers with Kyb Agx.

I heard that you should put some things that weigh as much as you in the driver seat while you're out adjusting the height or sit in the seat while someone else adjusts it for you. Is that a good idea?

Also, I have the well known problem with my 99 Civic where it would sit lower on the front driverside because of all the weight there in the engine bay and the driver. It looks like *** so I was able to counter this by adjusting the front driverside and rear passengerside coilovers up higher. Now I got everything level and the front driverside doesn't drop lower than the rest of the corners anymore.

Ok now my question is will this be alignable and put back to factory spec or near it by the shop or would the alignment I have right now be totally out of wack and not fixable with an alignment?
