Is tuning your car smog legal?????
I have nothing really crazy in my car except v-tec controller, STR cam gears, AEM intake, and MSD ignition...i was thinking of tuning my car but would i still be able to pass the smog test?????????
yea u should.. just major stuff like cams and some headers, or serious engine work will prevent you from passing smog... u could always know somebody for smog too, that always helps

Yes. but you'll have to retune it to meet emissions later. Performance and emissions are at odd ends. You either have a vehicle that is emissions compliant, or a vehicle that has big performance. It is very difficult to have both.

no it is illegal to modify your car in any way that is not carb approved. It's that black and white at least in CA. Then there's rules for lighting and ride height and all that **** too
Thats right. California emissions is really strict. And, regardless whether your ride is riced out or not, the cops will pull you over in a heart beat.
Unfortunately, Honda dudes that are all riced out usually have stock engines, and the sleepers have JDM engine swaps, forced induction or both.
Thats just the way our car culture is.....
