98 civic D16Y8 head. How tight should the lost motion assemblies be, when trying to move the mid rocker arms. THey are pretty damn tight on my D16Y8 head but with the D16Z6 head, they are relatively loose. I mean you really have to push on the Y8 mid arm to even get them to budge.

I am having a pretty big power loss right now, and this is the only thing I can think of after going through everything else. I believe they were installed wrong after a cam was put in, now with the comp cam out and the stock cam back in, they are tight as hell. And they ARE in correctly now.
