Default Moving air control solenoid

This is for people that have an intake on their S2.

Where did you move the air control solenoid, mounted on the stock airbox?

Zipped tied it up to the bracket on the AEM. you can always get longer hoses and relocated it . kinda ghetto

i have the comptech, and i just moved it down to the air control valve vacuum tank. flipped the control valve upside down. its fits perfectly. The comptech requires pretty long hoses

I'm actually in the the market for an intake right now. I just bought my S2 not that long ago (DSM convert). NISHANT...you say the V2 came with a spot for it? I heard that makes pretty good power on an S2. What do you think of it?

most intakes provide lil to no power. aem v2 dyno has shown the most gains of any intake i have seen. j's and mugen are up there as well. they are both in the $1k+ so i am happy with my $200 v2

I also have an AEM. Zip ties keep the Air Control unit from hitting the accessory belt. Dont have a complaint about it. Love that extra 2.146 hp

lol... in all honestly i want to sell my intake...
if you want power just save up for a Supercharger...
you'll soon tire of any power gains an intake will provide you.
