You are trying to install a kill switch??
From what i have read you should be able to hook up the switch to any wire. However it is interesting that the yello cuts the fuel gauge.
Anyways either of the other two wires should dut power when hooked to a switch. Heek up the ground to the switch, if the pump is not grouned it wont work. You can also hook up a kill switch up mear the dash/ecu. I think the wire is yellow with green dash. Can someone confirm or deney this for me.
