Wuts up guys, im thinkin this **** is totaled cuz it looks really bad, the A pilar and left fender metal **** is crushed, the glass broke head lights broke, axle's broke...some ****** moron decided he wanted to come off the 417 offramp to John Young Pkwy and not stop for the yeild sign and on top of that jump strait over 3 lanes to the far left lane instead of going to the far right which he was supposed to do...well enough talk here are the pics...oh yeah BTW this **** happened 2 days b4 i was supposed to go pick up my ****** evo!

Did you have insurance? If so it might be to your benefit if you were going to trade it in for the EVO. The insurance will give you more money than the dealer would for the trade (should anyway). Glad you're OK. Good luck. Now go get a lawyer and sue the dumbass that hit you.

 

lol yeah i kno, i was so pissed when it happened...im glad that he got a damn ticket and he's at fault even though i hit him from the back, and the insurance im hoping will give me money cuz there gonna give me the standard on what KBB is pricing it at

 

is there anyway you can get a closer pic of the passenger side fender area. it may not be totaled, hopefully its not

This happened to me a while back...

I had a hatch that I was going to try to get $2,000 out of, while it was for sale a dumbass ran a red light and totaled it... insurance gave me $3500 for the car!

Worked out really well!

yeah the only thing im worrying bout is, i think the way insurance looks at it is if the damage is equal to or more than the value of the car they will consider it a total loss and cut me a check, in the case for a trade in value for my car it is like 8,900 i think it was on KBB it doesn't look like there is that much amount of damage but in person the car looks fucked, 2 people i talked to looked at the car and said there is frame damage and the radiator and everything is crushed in and my oil pan is leaking cuz it fell over a median and the into a ditch
