How can I get better top end power in my 96 LS Integra?

How can I get better top end power in my 96 LS Integra?
I'm sick of getting passed at the end, so i need better top end power? What kind of thing besides going straight to turbo can I do for more power. I have DC Sports header, full ehxaust, dc sports air intake.

that always use to get me!! i could get GS-R and b16 off the line.. a good amount, but then once vtec kicked in they would pass, usually 3rd gear
