Max spring rate for Tokico 5 ways?

Max spring rate for Tokico 5 ways?
Hey guys I was just curious to see what the max spring rate you would recomend for the tokico 5 way adjustables would be. Is 350 or 450 too much? thanks a lot guys!

Oh yeah, this is with about a 1.5 inch drop
