Default RR average temperature range?

For those of you with RRs, what temp range do you run at normally? I know it's summer and especially hot, but I'm averaging 215-220 most days commuting. Thoughts?

Hate to say it, but I'm about ready for fall.

Dude my bike doesn't even get up to 228 at lights, and most of us know that RC's get "oh my god my legs are going to melt off hot". The hottest it's been up to so far is 225, while running it hard. I didn't know RR's ran that hot.

mine never climbed 221 sitting in insane downtown traffic. cruising was usually around 170ish peaking at 180 in the desert.

Just out of curiosity, where are those figures in relation to the gauge? 1/2? 5/8? Do the RR's run hotter than an average sport bike?

Yeah, I knew that, but I guess I just want to know where those figures are in relation to a "regular" gauge on, say, an F3 ?

Also, if my gauge is at about 3/8 while moving, but climbs to 5/8-3/4 at a stop, is that normal? Apologies if this is seen as an attempted thread-jack.
