searched but didint answer my question so now i gonna ask
does anyone know how much of a power gain i would get out of swapping my old intake manifold into a skunk2 , with the combo of the skunk 2 throttle body or possibly a bored out ls throttle body, and also were will i see the power gain if i do???? if any one knows of this it would be nice to have your info.

its an ls with cai and exhaust thst it, so howuch would it help intenrals are being built next week, top end only though

 

just the manifold alone i doubt you will feel a difference with just intake and exhaust. You would need diff cams to get anything out of it, and the gains are gonna be upper rpms since its a short runner manifold

 

Keep the stock IM untill you get some cams. Putting it on now will make you lose most of your low end torque.

 

i had the skunk 2s before i bought the itb. toda cams...valve and retainers...it made a B I G diff. esp. between 6500-9200 rpms
