apply for a free "CERTIFIED RICER" card.

after you recieve it in the mail (4-6 weeks) do one of two things:

#1- go to autozone, and purchase a pair of the LED bulbs for the turn signals (amber LED's). Put them in your rear turn signals. The reduced voltage drain will make the turn signals flash very fast. You only have to do the rear, and it will change the front and back signals.

#2- cut the ground wire off the front or rear turn signals, and ground them out on the chasis. Only do this to the front or back, not both. Once again this will make the signal flash fast.

A turn signal that flashes fast is not an aftermarket mod. It comes with the car. Cars are designed so that when the bulb burns out, the turn signal will flash very fast so you know that your signal is out. When you install LED bulbs in the signals (either red or amber) they drain a fraction of the normal voltage, so the car will act like you have a bulb burned out.

Just FYI, whenever I see someone with a fast turn signal I just think of what a moron they are....fast turn signals are NOT cool. Preludes are one of a kind...Show a little respect man...

The previous owner of my car did it to mine, the whole lighting system is rewired. It took me a while to figure out how he did it. The little corner lights are my front turn signal and front bumper light stays on, they look like the 5th gen jdm lights.
The signals blink twice as fast but he did the right way. He wired in a new relay that makes them blink fast and brighter. I get positive comments on them all the time, especially when i turn the hazzards on

NICE... I havent' gotten any comment on mine... oh well jk ^__^... Yah I think using seperate relay is the best... I have it on my car... it's only two time faster... you can find the diagram or circuit online... do a search for hyper blinker circuit... something like that.. i found it long ago... but anyway... if i find them on my computer i ll post it... OH and i think using the relay.. keeps your hazard blinking oem... it doesn't change the hazard lights... only the signals... well that is how it's on my car...
