H&R OE Sport Springs or ITR springs??
ITR springs will also use ITR shocks
H&R springs will be for integra and use ITR shocks or some other cheap aftermarket shock (tokiko blue or similar)
Everything will be on a 92 si hatch with and LS/Vtec
PD: dont suggest stiffer springs unless youve lived in a third world country and had a hard suspention.
PD2: any info where I can find ITR shock and spring combos

Any aftermarket springs will be stiffer than stock thats the way it is. Lower the springs higher the spring rate=stiffness. Unless u request specific springs rates but more likely on coilover sleeves.

I'm not quite sure but based on what other people have said, I think the s tech's may be softer with stock ride qualities and a lower drop...The H&R OE are a perfect blend in stiffness/comfort on my dc2 but not too low on the drop...mine sits like a type-r...

The rates are similar, but the ITR has linear rates in the front and higher progressive rates in the rear.
I've heard of a lot of people going with the ITR springs and Koni Yellow shocks. This way, if they decide they want to go lower, they can use the lower spring perches to do so.
