I'm probably in the wrong place to ask this question, but what the hell..
Here's, the situation:

I have a Red DC Sports Strut bar, which is practically brand new for sale. A friend of mine who owns a '96 Civic DX is gung ho about buying it from me for nearly what I paid for it. Problem is that the strut bar won't fit because he has an Akimoto (hehe) intake and the throttle body on the DX points up/vertical. The only way he will buy the strut bar off of me is if I can make it fit with his intake on.

I have already tried to tell him that his crappy intake is not doing anything for an already weak motor, but he insists that it stays on. Anybody here had any experience with such a situation. Thanks fellas.
