I am not trying to brag but I am try to help out fellow R owner's. I want to help stop thieves and I want to help out other people to better lock up their car. I was working on my friends car to find out how these people are stealing these cars. It took me 5 mins to take out his alarm and start driving down the road. Me and my homeboy are designing a way to put an added security so it aint that easy. If you think I am joking that is up to you but I just dont want to see anymore R's disappearing.

Take your computer out of your car and a park truck behind it!

I used to do that with my hatch because it was always sitting on my floor, but the r is much cleaner.

Still ******' rollin the streets of SFL. Always have and always will. Every theft attempt has been unsuccessful on my R for many reasons.

Car is garaged 85% of the time, but I've had plenty of attempts to be followed home. I know plenty of people know where I live and store it. Entering my home for a motor, seats, and other random parts will cost you one of two things. A limb or a life. Enter at your own ******* risk

This post may be a tad vulgar or a bit uncalled for, but I'm tired of the attempts to steal my ****.

While I'm still on this thought, I have come up with a solution. It's more on the lines of a fantasy... legally, but thinking about doing it just makes me feel better

For all Florida R's, I would love to create an orchestrated meet with all Type-R's. Park them in an empty parking lot in Hialeah, Miami, and Ft Lauderdale, sit far away in an elevated spot with a sniper riffle and pick off every one of those SOB's. When I say pick off, I mean take out a hand, knee, or important body part that is involved with making a successful theft possible. Then cut off 5 fingers and mail them one every year on the anniversary that this happened on to remind them of their cold hearted theft.

End rant

not to doubt the original poster, but if i was like any other florida owner i wouldn't respond nor even let it be known that i'm in florida. I know your not trying to boast about what other security measures you've found or ways of doing it, but it seems you yourself is knowledgeable in breakn into one. Can't blame me for doubting you since you are new on the board and i know you'd like to share info about what you've found out, but i doubt anyone will cooperate yet alone meet up with you to further discuss this "new methods" that you've come up with. I'm sure its been done or close to what you have thought. Then again if a thief is going to take your car, he will take it one way or the other. The best thing to do is try to prevent it. Not gonna read all the other ranting, but i saw this post this morning n wasn't surprised no one chimed in a hurry due to fear of knowing that they are in florida and own an R. Curt good luck with the sale but if you decide to keep her, keep her safe. Same for joo neo..payce

I thought the same thing, then I realized that I post enough on here that you can just read the archives and know I'm in Florida and what part of Florida. If he was really a theif, he would have already known all the FL R's on here.

Oh well, if they want it, they are going to get it. All you can do is slow them down.

I'm about to do that and park my hatch in front of my house for a month straight wait for the thieves pop em and go back to sleep. A very inexpensive way to paint your driveway red.

Hey i wanted to say to whoever is out trying to post me up as a thief to f u and the horse you ride on. Remember that I had one of my cars stolen and stripped and I lost over 12 g's cause of them. Not to mention that they checked my house, put me through interrogation for 2 days to c if I didn't steal my own car. I have been through some sht and I want to catch. I am putting my R up for bait to try to stop them. I am out there trying to find out how many R's are left so I can give a number of R to the police and we will decide on which ones to watch. I work all day and I work at night trying to catch these robbers. I am one man and I cant do this sht alone. I am out there trying to help other R owners so they dont have to go throught what I went through. I am working with the police. I want them to be scared to touch another R. I could just stop and not help anyone and keep all the info that I know about the thieves to myself. I am trying to help you guys make sure your car is still there. If anyone has any info to help catch this people plse contact the officer I am working with he works in Auto Theft, his name is Paul Espana (305)698-1510. The reason why I went to intorragation about stealing my car is because I am a mechanic. I am spending my time and money to find out how they are stealing cars and how we can stop it. My 15 yr old bro could steal the car if he knew who to drive. Stealing honda is not rocket science it is so easy it is unbelievable. I am just trying to help you guys out and keeps those cars safe at home. If you dont want no help let me know and i will stop and protect mine and my homeboys cars You guys take it easy and good luck
