hey wassup i have a 94 integra gsr and have a comptech 4-2-1 header with a 2inch collector and a greddy evo2 catback that is 2.36 inch piping .. is there a carsound cataltytic converter that can bolt on without any modifications ? .. do i need to worry about any sensors that can cause a CEL .. and last question .. is this cat smogable in CA ? thanks

if you got a 94 you shuoldnt have to worry about an o2 sensor becuse they only got 1 and its in the header...hi-flow cats shouldnt produce a CEL either.

 

It's actually in the cat on a 94 gsr. But you won't throw a code. It's the secondary o2 on obdII cars that will throw a check light with a high flow cat. I'm sure it will affect emissions somewhat. But if your car runs good and clean you should have no problems.

 

You can call IPS racing and thell them your setup. They should know how long your cat should be and the placement of your o2 bung. This is where I bought mine, flanges and heatshileds all welded on.
