Ok i know this topic has been hounded but i want some input on my specific swap that will be running tomorow.
LS/Vtec
B18b1 block, GSR Head stock
LS Rods, ARP rod bolts, B16A pistons, ACL Bearings
Plus all external bolt ons

Anyways yea i was curious as to how high max i should be revving to be safe with having the arp rod bolts and or when does the power drop off?

p.s. do ls block have head studs stock or head bolts?

really 8.5k? that seems high for ls bottom end. any other inputs??

 

I'm not sure, but 8.5k does seem a bit high for ls bottom end, mostly because ls bottom ends aren't balanced like b16, gsr blocks, etc. Someone correct me if i'm wrong, i'd like to know for sure.
