So tonight i'm about to hop in the shower, so i'm shaving and such. I hear a car go down my street so being a honda owner i go to my window and notice a car i don't know pull over across the street from my house. My car is parked on the street next to my house (red 98-99 corolla with spinner hubs) its nobody i know so i watch them. They eventually get back into their car and they try to pull a K turn in my street. I'm like oh god no, and before i knew it they backed into my driver side rear quarter panel.

My alarm goes off, and they don't even get out to look at my car and take off up the street. I run for my keys (1/2 of my face still in shaving cream) and run outside and notice my 1/4 panel is pushed in nicely below the gas tank so not TOO bad, but enough damage. I hop in my car to try and chase the car down, with no luck i did not find them

So here is my technical question for the appearance/cosmetic section. Where online if anywhere can i buy a new rear quarter, driver and i might as well do my passenger side (dime spot of rust). I'm going to get an estimate on how much both will run me so i was curious if anybody sold the rear quarters anywhere or somebody could point me in the right direction.

i just did a search, there is a location somewhat next to me but they don't carry rear quarters, maybe i'll give them a call tomorrow...

honda sells 1/4 panels. pretty cheap too, see if len can get you it.

i think honda is selling them for 350+, not too sure

got an estimate today, gonna run me about 800 bucks after its all said and done...gotta get insurance to send me out a check soon so i can fix my baby

sweet, i'm going to give them a call tomorrow, hopefully next week it'll go under surgery

 

help a brother get this fixed.

 

Go to Honda and get them, a friend of mine got both quarter pannels for his 93 hatch for $700.00

 

y would he spend 700 when i gave him a link where theyre 30 each

 

shouldnt have bothered looking at the damage... waste a whole 5seconds!!

shoulda ran outside and chased them down, doesnt matter if it didnt leave a single mark on your car....


thats just plain fucked up. keep an eye out for those f*ckers... borrow someones truck and ram the **** out of it.

I wonder how much a bodyshop would charge to weld in the arches.. hmm.. I might pick up a set just to do quick rust elimination.. damn northern cars! mass. sucks ***! (my ej1 came from there.)
