Default Quick OBDII Integra Question

On obdII Integras, is the B1S2 (secondary behind cat) o2 sensor apart of the main engine wiring harness? or does it come through the bottom of the body?

Reason asking is.. I'm trying to fix someone's swap. They just did a GSR swap in a 97 DX. It appears to have used the 97 GSR harness, but I cannot find the other o2 plug.

Any help would be appricated,
