Yes, you will need to wire the horn up, but everything needed comes with the package.

I love my shorty splash hub, omni quick release, and my small Momo monte carlo in my EK.

to the splash hub because i can still reach my turn signals even with the quick release

Splash/Works Bell quick releases are not a problem, but they are quite expensive. I will be responding to everybodys PM's tomorrow.

Bump, all PM's answered!

One thing I need to add, all the hubs that we sell do not fit the Nardi wheels itself. If you buy a quick release with your package everything will fit fine, but if you just want a nardi wheel and momo/splash hub, we require you to buy an adapter piece that runs $30 + shipping + tax (california residents only). Thanks!
