Default need help with my Safc. pro's only :p

hello everybody....

i just finished installing my safc on my D14a4 and its not responding.

i didnt tryed to cranck the car but i put the key on "on" and nothing.....


can somone please check if i wired it OK ?


this is how i wired it:

RED/POWER - pin 13 on connector A

GREEN/RPM SIGNAL -pin 21 on connector A

GRAY/TPS - pin 6 on on connector D

BROWN and BLACK/GROUND as shown - pin 15 on connector A

YELLOW and WHITE/PRESS SIGNAL as shown - pin 7 on connector D

check power wire with a voltmeter to make sure theres actually power there.

What ECU do you have? (i.e. what OBD is your harness)

im assuming its obd2
-car is made in 97'.
-obd2 injector clips.

the ecu called "P3Y"

i know a guy that allredy used a safc on this ecu. and it works.

Interesting... hehe.

Well all I can suggest doing is getting a voltmeter. If is has power and ground, something should show up on the screen unless it is DOA.

Actually i had a problem similar to this last summer. I had it installe din my car and the display just stopped working one day.
Go thru and make sure that all your connections are up to par.
no twisting and electrical tape allowed

possible you pulled the connection inside the SAFC out. i did it once. i took it apart and reconnected it .
