I have an '85 crx with 88 integra rear disks and stock fronts. Is my best bet stickign with stock rotors and getting a nice set of pads? Or should I upgrade everything. I only autox maybe 2or3 times tops per year. Thanks.

just get a good set of pads and use some good brake fluid and flush out the whole system.........you should be good to go!
