My uncle said his buddy has a GSR he is going to scrap cause it got rear ended/totaled.

I want the head, wire harness, and ECU for B20/vtec or LS/vtec (I realize i could take the whole motor but it has 190k and I want the bigger displacement)

Anyways, I got the ECU just fine, but what EXACTLY do i need to do to get the complete head off (with throttle body/intake manifold attached).

How do i get the complete wire harness off? I already cut it I think at the ECU (dumb?)

the second one is a b16 but its the same thing.

when you remove the head your going to have to take the intake mani off since it has a mount that conects the mani to the block for support.

 

read through this and find the "removal" section. It is fairly easy to take apart... but has alot of steps.
