cant get my b18 to run

cant get my b18 to run
i just put my b18 back into my car with a new type r trans, head gasket. intake gasket, and timing belt/water pump. i looked at a harris manule and showed 3 different ways for the spark plugs to hook up can some one tell me the correct order.
