I remember seeing a JDM plastic piece to replace the stock one (the red/black "CIVIC" on the trunk). The piece lights up and "civic" is illuminated.

Where to get one? Will it fit my 4d?

 

I've only seen pictures on this board and 1 time on ebay. All of them have been for hatches so far. Japan is where you'll need to go (or have a friend there) and expect to pay $$$ for it.

It's a neat part..but if APC was making it, everyone would hate on it. Rare or not, I'd never put it on my car

 

I personally think it's pretty sweet. Maybe I should just get an extra panel off of a junker and try to fabricate it myself.

Its a rare piece and when they pop up theyre usually a couple hundred dollars at least. I agree with d357r0y though, i dont really like the look of it when its lit up and wouldnt spend a ton of money on it unless i was building an all out JDM showcar. It'd be cool to have for the rare factor but only if i could find one cheap.
