You pay for what you get...
What's the spring rate on those? not written anywhere eh? well its because people who buy those usualy what to get rid of the wheel gap but dont care about performance. If you're one of them you might as well get that, but if you're looking for performance dont!
I had a kit similar to that and the ride is bouncy like hell. It kills any shocks that isnt made for big performance, so you whould have to get something like koni yellow for this kit to work properly. And on top of it they are very short, so on big bumps you dont have enough travel to absorb anything, and the rest of the suspension takes the hit.
So if you want coilovers, get the ground control kit, ou simply get a full coilover kit wich comes with both spring and shock, like tein.

If you want to be low, not spend much, and up the performance factor, then go with nuespeed race springs. I love them. The only thing is you should also slap a camber kit on there bc it lowers you 2" in the rear and 2.25" in the front. And for the camber kit, SPC extreme ball-joint kit
. You can get the springs alot of places but i got the camber kit from Summit. Oh, and you really only need the camber kit on the front.

I used a set just like those on my old 97 lude, got them from Ebay too. They were X3Racing coilovers, very cheap, like $25. They were 400lb front/300lb rear. They are very short coils, so you get very little travel and if you lower your ride much you'll be sitting on your bumpstops. I didn't have them on for long, so I can't speak of longevity, but they rode fairly decent with AGXs, barring any big pothholes or the like.
I wouldn't recommend them, mainly cause of the short suspension travel and possibility of blowing your struts/shocks.
I'm looking for some coilovers for mine right now too, springs on it now are just too low, can't be bangin up the brand new kit. GroundControls are looking like the best option, although they are fairly expensive. Skunk2s don't look to bad either, and they are a bit cheaper.
