Default Radiator overflow help?

I'm curious about my radiator overflow.

when i first got my car, the overflow tank was just above the min. point which i thought was alright.

5k km's later, it's past max. In tech we were told vapourized coolant goes there and when the rad cools down, it sucks it back into the rad through the pipe....

thing is that it hasn't.... now it's at max. anything i should do? should i be concerned?

The cooling system will take and leave excess in that bottle. Just dont worry about
it unless it fills to the top and bursts.

In another cooling related issue, I have to fill my Integra's overflow tank about every 2000 miles or so.. it usually has less than 1/4 cup in it by then.

The car does NOT smoke at all, even under full throttle, and there are no signs of coolant leaks anywhere. No leaks or pin-holes in the hoses, nothing.

Any ideas where it is going?

if you are sure there are no air bubbles in it, then i would say that its going
into the crankcase. I've seen that happen MANY MANY times.

DAMN POS ARP STUDS

Hmm, that's odd.

I've installed a 92 GSR coolant neck w/ bleeder, and last time I changed the coolant I bled the system properly.

Oil is never milky, either. No sign of coolant there.

Ahhh... oh well. Nothing to lose sleep over.

I've seen oil contamination with no creamy goodness in the oil.

best place to look though is the oil cap.
