I have a 91 B18a that's OBD1. Does it have 92-93 cams?

Ok, so when I spun a rod bearing in my 91 LS, I looked for another B18a to get my car back on the road. I ended up with one out of another 91, but it was OBD1. The guy I bought it from said that the last of the 91 tegs were OBD1.
My question is, is this a 92-93 engine with the better cams, or is it just a 90-91 engine converted to OBD1? The reason why I ask is because I'm looking into getting B18b cams, which are the same as the 92-93 cams. No need to buy something I may already have.
