skunk2coilovers
For people who have skunk2 coilovers on integrahowould you rate them regarding ride comfort i heard they are really stiff, are they good quality any complaints, how do they stack up compared to lets say ground control. any imput is appreciated thanks!
well man, my buddy has skunk2 coilovers, when he started off he had those with teh skunk2 camber kit, the ride sucked, but then he got tokiko blue struts, and got his camber fixed and aligned and it seemed fine to me. i drive it often and i like it. but when i drop mine, im getting tein, just a personal opinion. but his skunk2 was not the full coilover set mind you, he just had the springs and camber. but from what i hear for the price, the skunk2 full coilover set is decent for the price.
I've had my Skunk2 coilovers and Koni Red struts on for about 2 monthes. The ride is pretty stiff and bouncy, but not too bad. When I hit a pot hole, it sounds like I ran over a brick. They are very easy to adjust with the tool that is provided with them, it just takes a little while because you have to remove the wheel and stuff. Overall though I would definitely recommend them.
i just have the regular coilovers. they are a little rough, but i like it.
you don't have to take the wheel off. i would always just reach over. you just get your arms a little dirty that way.

i have heard good things about the skunk2 coilovers, but i have the skunk2 springs, im very happy with them, considering they new only 150$ brand new off of ebay.... 2.5 inch drop is very nice...

Well it's kinda hard to get to it when there is no gap.

AH, but a gap manifests when you lift the car up.

i don't like skunk2 myself, had them and weren't impressed. now i have the ground control coilovers w/ KYB AGX shocks both are adjustable. very pleased now. just my .2 cents
