A big throttle body is one of those things you need to go when everything else is being upgraded. Say with a stock head, stock intake manifold, no others mods with a real flow increase, the throttle body won't help really at all, because of the other bottlenecks. There is always the possibility you could gain power though, but you could also possibly lose some, i'd say unless you're really flowing a lot more than stock, spend the money elsewhere, like a good header.
