Default Skunk2 Valve train questions

Hey guys, its been a while since I have been on, but I am back. Anyway I bent 8 exhaust valves a few weeks ago so the h22 has been resting for a little while. In the mean time i decided to order some aftermarket parts to make the motor a bit stronger rather than just parting and getting a fresh piece of meat. So I am bought Skunk2 valves, springs, and retainers and I am getting them installed this weekend as well as a 3 angle valve job. The valves are the standard size, but are high compression valves (the ones that are flat on the bottom). So that will put me at 11.1:1 compression. What sort of gains in power do you think I will see by doing that, adding an AEM intake and a hondata ITM gasket?
