RWD modified honda
With many of the top turbo honda guys making 800bhp or more im wondering why dosent someone step to the plate with a modified class accord or something? Using the 4cyl or after seeing what steph is doing with the 6cyl using that motor! I think they could give the toyotas some fits!
Go here to see the Canadian contingency!!!
Or at least what's left of it!!!

that car wasn't a modified class car right.
i think for one doing a honda motor is just too damn expensive for that class. plus with the B series and the H series motors spining backwards makes RWD tranny options limited. I know MIKE LONG(G-FORCE) makes a Reverse rotation tranny, but know one has tried it or used it. i know he has one on his PRO RWD Prelude but its not complete yet. Most people can afford to run a powerglide or aTH350-400
and you can't use them with a B or H. So that means stepping up to a Kseries. i think alot of people are waiting for it to be developed than step up and be the developer.

What would it be classified as then? Outlaw? Modified? Pro RWD? If that car were to run in a U.S. sanctioned race it would most definitely not be classified as Pro RWD. It would have to go in the Outlaw/ Modified Class. The TAG Civic is pretty much the most "modified" and only import race car that has ever been built in Canada. So for us to classify it, is stupid. It races with the 4 other "PRO" cars that we have at each event. The way the NDRA and NHRA set and regulate their classes is designated by power adders and drive wheel & tire. The TAG car seems to break all those rules. I'm pretty sure the Outlaw/Modified class is home for all the cars that don't meet these standards and regulations.
The classes are mainly decided by chassis. "modified" is still steel body, oem firewall, oem shock towers in front. Basically back halved unibody car, while "pro" is full tube.
