Default Need Help Diagnosing Bogging/lack of power B18

The setup is a 1990 Honda civic hatch Dx
Jdm B18c5
Obd1 Conversion using Rywire/JKOB harness
Chipped P28 (Neptune)
Bolt on i/h/e
Aebs intake mani
hondata IM gasket
Bored out TB
CTR N1 Crank Pully

Ignition timing is correct
Cam timing is correct
TPS voltage is good
MAP voltage is good
New Plugs and wires gapped to spec
New cap and rotor

The symptoms

erratic idle when cold wants to stall (idles perfect when warmed up)
When warm car seems to bog and rev real slow when driving (under load)
Revs freely and smooth when in neutral
Exhaust smells like the car is running rich.

Ideas?

BTW the engine ran real good in another Hatch on an OBD0 setup

I'd say that the stock fuel pump is not your prob with your set up, it will provide sufficient fuel supply. I would check the simple things first. Have you double checked the grounds, one on the tranny other on the valve cover? Are you using oem plug wires? Some aftermarket plug wires don't like to fit on the dizzy tightly and tend to pop off. Are your plugs gapped correctly? Too large of a gap can cause a bogg under load aswell.
