Should I run a 5, 6, or 7 spark plug with 13:1 compression

I am wondering what heat range spark plug I should run with a 13:1 compression B18C. Thanks

yeah, I'd say 7 or 8... Tune it lean on cruise / part throttle to try to prevent plugs from fouling
