The Type R is quite different. The entire rear section is reinforced (wheel wells, frame sections, rear lower arm tie). You can find this in a search.
The GSR, RS, LS, and GS are all the same chassis.

I did search and couldent really find what I am looking for. So if I were to get an ls chassis it would be the same as a gsr in stiffness, for instance the gsr does not have extra welding in it to help re inforce the body. and IF i were to get an ls chassis and seam weld the frame would this increase the stiffness to the equilivent of a type r
thanks
thanks

I'm sure that seam welding the chassis would help with the stiffness. However, I doubt that the extra welding would increase the chassis stiffness to that of the Type R.
The Type R also has wider rear wheel bearings.
