Default slim fan install help

i know this is pretty simple but just making sure i do it right

just wire up the blue wire to the blue wire off the harness and vice versa with the black wire?

after you mount the tabs, does it matter which way you stick the zip tie thing through?

what is the tape for?

what is the last hole on the tab for?

I just installed them through the radiator using those zip ties... You pretty much can pick which hole you want to use and cut off the excess or just leave it on for less of a hassle. BUt yes you connect the wires like mentioned unless you are installing them as pusher fans as i did. Then you will just switch wires. Hope that helps you out..
