OK heres the situation.....i was driving down the street and when i got to the stop light all the sudden my car doesnt go in gears....i forced it to get in gear but still doesnt...i turn off my car then start it again then finally it did.but then it doesnt get in softly as usual....i took it home and see whats goin on...i checked it out..when it turn my car on thats when the problem occurs...but when its off it goes in gear softly....COULD IT BE MY TRANNY?MY CLUTCH?or could it be something else? PLEASE...help in need it bad...

 

I'm no tranny expert, but I'm willing to bet if you gave say, details, like what year....what car....what tranny....what clutch....how many miles....is this OEM or what....it might help in the responses. Just my advice...
