Your local shop sucks if they said 11.0. Stock bottom end, US spec would be 10.5:1 and JDM would be 10.7:1. I guess if you consider that 11.0:1 then you are dead on.

I don't play along with "guess my power" posts. Go to the dyno, run it, and then you tell us what it makes. Every setup is different, WAY too many variables.

well, when i was fixing my gsr block, i used a stock b16 block with my p&p gsr head with skunk stage 2 cams, an-r header and i.m....lets just say it sucked ***. i could only pull off a 14.7@95mph in the quarter...im confident i coulda done that with a stock b16. ive also run stock gsr head/stock b16 block in my dc2 teg and pulled off a 15.0@92 as opposed to the 14.6@94 i ran with the stock gsr motor.

my buddy also did the same setup: stock gsr head/b16 block it put down 157whp on the dynojet with like 110lb/ft torque.

GSR heads have smaller combustion chambers than those in b16 heads. This would increase the compression ratio. How much it would change, I don't know.

B16a are torqueless wonders. Put them in a heavy DC2 what do you expect. Either put slicks on and launch high thats the only way to get some decent ET out a b16 powered DC2. On street tires b16+DC2=slow.

usdm b16 10.2 + .3 (gsr head)= 10.5 compression ratio

Jdm gen 2 b16 10.4 + .3 (gsr head)= 10.7 compression ratio

You can also get a 2 layer headgasket and raise your compression ration another .2-.3

I was going to do the gsr head on my b16 but got lazy and never did it the gsr head just sits... Also didn't feel like getting another manifold.

Simple explanation for that. Your over cammed the engine by quite a bit.
