Default URGENT Radiator and Intake tube busted

Although this is not a honda, i need the expert advice of honda-tech. My 1992 camry needs a new radiator and intake tube. The dealer said that the radiator is leaking coolant off the top and the intake tube is ripped were it goes onto the manifold.

Options:

1. Dealer said 416 for just the radiator part
2. nearly 600 for them to replace the radiator and intake tube

I just duct taped the intake tube (not sure if this was the best solution).

My questions:
How much is a reasonable price to pay for a used radiator at a junk yard?

How much experiencei and time is needed to replace the radiator? Any special tools?

Should I just have a local shop do it? I'm just weary since many of these places seem to try to rip people off.

Thank you

go to a radiator shop it will be much cheaper and you can get the tube at any local parts store. Cheaper than the dealer
